Should police be equipped with body cameras?

Police should be equipped with body cameras because increase the safety of public and the police, it increase police accountability and can be used as evidence also the film can teach new members of the academy. With the use of cameras a police officer can film civilians when approaching, the filming of the event can results of the citizen being more calm and collected because when people are on camera they tend to behavior in the proper behaviorism and if needed the camera is there to picture reasonable force if used correctly. Also body cameras can present evidence with a visual and audio aid to give a perspective on exactly what happen during an encounter if there was any chargers was pressed against the officer but also to check if the force was reasonable on the officers judgement. With body cameras there can also be a visual aid for up coming officer in the academy with exactly what to do and not to do.
